Back to Work promotional kit

Back to Work provides financial and non-financial support to eligible Queensland employers and jobseekers who identify as belonging to one or more of the program's target groups.

In addition to incentive payments, regional teams can provide advice and support tailored for individual business needs including assistance in supporting their new employee to retain employment.

The program is delivered statewide for jobseekers, and throughout regional Queensland and some South East Queensland (SEQ) local government areas (LGAs) for employers.

Employers are able to receive Back to Work support payments for up to four employees, so even if you have had a Back to Work agreement in the past, you may be eligible for further support!

In the current national cost-of-living crisis, the Back to Work program can help jobseekers and employees to achieve greater employment income, both during and beyond participation in the program, helping to ease current financial pressures.
