Cancelled certificates of completion

The Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (the department) issues a certificate of completion to each apprentice and trainee registered in Queensland upon successful completion of their apprenticeship or traineeship.

The department may cancel a completion certificate if there is reasonable belief the certificate was issued in error; or because of materially false or misleading representation or declaration.

The department has cancelled the completion certificates listed in the associated PDF document under the provisions of section 53 of the Further Education and Training Act 2014.
