Coomera Connector (Stage 1) Public Environment Report

The draft Public Environment Report was released for public review and comment. Feedback has now closed.

The report addresses matters protected by a provision of Part 3 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, which includes:

Moreton Bay Ramsar Wetlands (sections 16 and 17B)
listed threatened species and threatened ecological communities (sections 18 and 18A)
listed migratory species (sections 20 and 20A)
