ICT Strategy 2021-2026

Our ICT Strategy describes the vision and provides a high level plan of how ICT enables the department to achieve its strategic objectives and goals. It provides the information and communications technology roadmap for a set of enabling capabilities required for transformational change and sets direction on how we intend to respond to our most important challenges over the next few years.
