Summary IAS - Consequential amendments to the Liquor (Approval of Adult Entertainment Code) Regulation 2002
To replace the Liquor (Approval of Adult Entertainment Code) Regulation 2002 with the Liquor (Approval of Adult Entertainment Code) Regulation 2024, as a consequence of the repeal of the Prostitution Act 1999 (Prostitution Act) and Prostitution Regulation 2014 (Prostitution Regulation), by the Criminal Code (Decriminalising Sex Work) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024.
