Application for conviction or charge to be expunged

Under the Criminal Law (Historical Homosexual Convictions Expungement) Act 2017, you can now apply to have convictions or charges for particular historical offences involving homosexual activity to be expunged.

Use this form to apply to have your own convictions or charges expunged, or another person's (if they have impaired capacity or have died since 19 January 1991).
