Chapter 4.8 - Witnessing family law documents
The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia was established by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021. The steps for witnessing divorce applications and family law documents are described in this chapter of the Duties of Justices of the Peace (Qualified) and Commissioners for Declarations handbook.
