Gaming guideline G16: Preventing excluded persons entering or remaining on licensed premises
This guideline provides information and guidance:
• to help gaming venues prevent excluded patrons from entering or remaining on the premises or in gaming machine areas
• about the Commissioner’s expectations and approach to preventing excluded patrons breaching their exclusions, to assist licensees meet their obligations under the Gaming Machine Act 1991.
