Low-Level Speeding Research
This report presents an analysis of the prevalence of passenger vehicle motorist and heavy vehicle driver speeding across speed zones in Queensland and estimates of the “Population Attributable Risk Fraction” for passenger vehicle motorists, showing that crash risk increases even when low-level speeding, but is highest when engaged in moderate-excessive speeding.
