Memorandum of Understanding
On 24 March 2025, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) and the Queensland Police Service (QPS) entered a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a framework for communication and collaboration between the ODPP and the QPS in sexual offence prosecutions. This memorandum supersedes the previous memorandum from 2018.
