This is the final version of the port overlay for the priority Port of Hay Point/Mackay.

The development of a port overlay for the priority Port of Hay Point/Mackay is mandated under the Sustainable Ports Development Act 2015. The purpose of the port overlay is to implement the master plan. The port overlay describes the matters that must be considered in either making or amending instruments within the master planned area.
