Waiver of QSBC mediation fees - West Queensland Flooding March 2025 - Queensland Small Business Commissioner

Statutory decisions made by the Queensland Small Business Commissioner under the Small Business Commissioner Act, to waive QSBC mediation fees from 21 March 2025 until and including 21 September 2025, for parties to a retail shop lease or small business lease located in the following Local government areas at the time of the Western Queensland Surface Trough and Associated Rainfall and Flooding.
