Wave Monitoring Equipment Comparison Report
A three month field trial was undertaken at the Gold Coast, Queensland, from 16 March 2018 to 30 June 2018, deploying nine ocean monitoring devices for comparison to Datawell’s DWR-MkIII, which is often considered the industry standard, in order to examine if there was a statistically significant relationship between wave parameters.
