Hay Point Region 1977-1996 (W13.2)
The Hay Point wave recording station was initially commissioned as part of the Half Tide tug harbour development project, for the period 22 March 1977 to 25 May 1987. It was recommissioned on 3 March 1993 as a jointly funded project between Harbours Corporation of Queensland (now Ports Corporation of Queensland) and the Authority, as part of the underkeel clearance system.
