Toward gender parity: Women on Boards initiative research report

This report draws together analysis from a scan of literature relating to the benefits and barriers to gender parity, a quantitative economic analysis to estimate the impacts of achieving gender parity, a survey of Queensland Government boards, and consultations to identify current barriers, attitudes and actions occurring across Queensland Government boards.
