2012-13 Annual Report

The annual report provides an overview of the services and supports we provide to our clients, particularly Queenslanders most in need. It highlights our significant achievements, performance and financial position for the 2012–13 financial year and outlines our key priorities for the upcoming year.

The annual report aligns to our key priorities of: client and community; finance; business and governance processes; and people as outlined in our Strategic Plan 2012–2016. The plan also partners our Service Delivery Statement for 2012–13.
