Employer resource assessment templates

The employer resource assessment (ERA) is completed and retained by the supervising registered training organisation (SRTO) to verify that the employer of an apprentice or trainee is able to provide, or arrange to provide, the facilities, range of work and supervision required under the training plan.

The below templates are provided to assist SRTOs to comply with their obligations under the Further Education and Training Act 2014, and Skills Assure supplier (SAS) agreement where applicable.

These templates have been developed based on previously identified areas with specific requirements, and qualifications with approved modified supervision arrangements in place.
