Policy – Requirements for exhibiting and dealing with a dingo in Queensland policy
Dingoes are restricted matter under the Biosecurity Act 2014 and must not be moved, kept, fed, given away, sold or released into the environment without an authority. An authority can be obtained under the Exhibited Animals Act 2015 for the purpose of exhibiting and dealing with a dingo where activities are undertaken at a fixed location.
