Chapter 4.11 - Transfer sample

Titles Registry forms are regulated under the Land Act 1994, Land Title Act 1994 and Water Act 2000. These Acts have specific requirements JPs and Cdecs must satisfy when they witness these forms, particularly in relation to transfer of ownership and mortgage‑related documents such as a Form 1 – Transfer and a National Mortgage form.
