Research Guide to Railway records at Queensland State Archives.

QSA holds records about all aspects of government administration of railways constructed by, or for the Queensland Colonial and state governments. Information is mainly in the records of the Railway Department. The amount and type of information available on individual railways varies. Some files include plans and surveys of the railway, tender documents and correspondence about its construction and maintenance.
