Soil survey of the Burdekin River delta, North Queensland - BDS

This publication set is a soil survey of the Burdekin River delta, North Queensland. The study area covers part of the Ayr (8358) 1:100,000 map sheet, around the towns of Ayr and Home Hill. Approximately 68,250 hectares of land were mapped at 1:50,000 scale. Nearly 1500 sites were assessed using the free survey method and 48 soil series were identified. No report accompanies the mapping.
