Soil survey of the Gavial-Gracemere Area, Central Queensland - CQG

This publication set is a soil survey of the Gavial-Gracemere area, Central Queensland. The study area covers parts of the Mount Morgan and Ridgelands (8950-1, 8951-2) 1:50,000 map sheet. Approximately 9,600 hectares of land were mapped at a medium scale of 1:50,000 and land suitability for a range of crops was evaluated. Nearly 180 sites were assessed using the free survey method and 9 soils were identified.
